Actor and filmmaker Justin Baldoni has sold his former residence in Culver City, California, for $2.1 million. The transaction for the property, which Baldoni and his wife, Emily, had previously renovated, was completed off-market in August 2026.

Baldoni originally acquired the home in 2017 for $1.04 million. The 1952-built structure underwent extensive updates during his ownership, a process the director described in 2020 as a labor of love that involved significant renovations and adjustments to the home's layout.

The sale follows the family's relocation to Nashville, Tennessee, in January 2026, where they purchased a new home for $3.4 million. According to reports, the move was intended to provide the family with a fresh start and increased privacy.

While the Culver City property has been sold, Baldoni maintains ownership of a five-bedroom estate in Ojai, California. That property was listed for $8.88 million in April 2026, though the listing was removed from the market in October 2026.
