Real estate brokerages across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions reported a series of acquisitions and leadership appointments on Nov. 3, 2026. The shifts reflect a broader pattern of consolidation and organizational adjustments within the industry.

ERA Live Moore, a brokerage firm in the Carolinas, announced the acquisition of Blue Door Group Real Estate. The acquired firm, which serves the Greater Winston-Salem market, will operate under the name Blue Door Group Real Estate, an ERA Live Moore Company. Blue Door Group was founded in 2020 by Jodi Tate, who previously launched the Winston-Salem office for ERA Live Moore in 2016.

In a separate move, the brokerage SERHANT. appointed Mishel Taylor as the new managing director for its Pennsylvania operations. The industry report also noted that firms such as Corcoran Reverie and Century 21 have engaged in recent expansion efforts.
