The Israeli startup 42AI emerged from stealth mode on Nov. 2, 2026, announcing it has raised $62.5 million in seed funding. The capital was raised over a three-year period from the company's founders and the Infinity Group.
The company has developed a behavioral world model designed to predict human decision-making probabilities. Unlike traditional artificial intelligence that relies on extrapolating from past actions, this model attempts to identify underlying psychological motivations and traits. The system converts inputs such as KYC processes, support interactions, money transfers, and trading behavior into mathematical representations known as trait vectors, which are then processed by a transformer-based architecture. A separate language model is utilized to generate explanations for the predictions made by the system.
The technology is currently in production at 10 financial brokerages, where it is used to assist with liquidity management, margin optimization, and hedging exposure. According to the company, the platform is already generating seven-figure revenue.
The startup was co-founded by CEO Amit Gal-Or, CTO Ehud Ezra, and chairman Amir Gal-Or, who also founded the Infinity Group. Regarding the company's approach, CTO Ehud Ezra stated that the goal is to understand how individuals perceive the world, noting that in their world model, every individual is the world.
Moving forward, 42AI is exploring potential applications for its behavioral model in sectors including cybersecurity, gaming, robotics, and fraud detection.
