Compass International Holdings reported a net income of $63 million on $3.90 billion in pro forma revenue during its third-quarter 2026 earnings call held on Nov. 5, 2026.
CEO Robert Reffkin stated that the company currently manages 89,000 listings on its platform that are available to users before being released to public portals. In markets where there are no restrictions on public marketing, Reffkin noted that 63% of new property launches utilize the company's three-phase marketing strategy.
The firm is currently evaluating whether to participate in Open Real Estate, a national data-sharing initiative recently established by four of its competitors. Reffkin expressed support for the initiative, characterizing it as a validation of the company's long-standing approach to listing control.
Regarding potential involvement in the initiative, Reffkin said the company is exploring if there is a path for participation. He described the development of a national real estate listing service as a positive step for agents and their clients, noting that it returns control to the homeowner and their agent.
