New York Knicks shooting guard Josh Hart has returned his South Florida property to the market, listing the Pinecrest residence for $5.699 million. The move follows previous attempts to sell the home, which had been listed at higher prices earlier in the year before being removed from the market.

Hart and his wife, Shannon Hart, purchased the estate in November 2022 for $4.75 million. The property is located in the Coconut Palm Estates enclave and spans 5,728 square feet, featuring five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The residence includes several luxury amenities, such as a resort-style pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a private putting green. Michael Martinez of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is serving as the listing agent for the property.

Regarding his decision to sell, Hart told The Wall Street Journal that his professional commitments have limited his ability to use the home. He cited his busy schedule with the Knicks, including the team's recent championship run and deep playoff advancement, as the primary reason for the sale.
