Chad Lowe and Kim Painter list Mar Vista home following tragedy
Actor lists Los Angeles home for $3.2 million just weeks after daughter's death by suicide.

Actor Chad Lowe and producer Kim Painter have listed their residence in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles for sale. The property, which spans 3,239 square feet, was placed on the market on Oct. 16, 2026.
The listing follows the death of the couple's 13-year-old daughter, Fiona Lowe, on Sept. 29, 2026. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has officially ruled the death a suicide.
The home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. According to property records, the couple purchased the house in March 2025 for $3.15 million after their previous residence in Pacific Palisades was destroyed by wildfires earlier that year.
As of Oct. 31, 2026, the couple has accepted an offer of $3.249 million for the property, though the transaction remains subject to closing conditions.
Following the death of their daughter, the family issued a statement describing Fiona as a creative and loving young girl who was the light of their lives.
