The property includes a five-bedroom main residence, a three-bedroom guest house, a clubhouse, and a gym and spa. Among its notable features is a 10,500-square-foot athletic arena designed to NBA-level specifications, as well as a private lake and a four-car garage that offers lift space for eight additional vehicles.

The current owner, a limited liability company, acquired the estate for $9 million in 2022 before completing a series of renovations. The listing is being managed by Tommy Crivello of Tommy Crivello Real Estate Group and Angeline Earnest of Coldwell Banker Realty.

Southwest Ranches is a rural community in Broward County known for its large estates and equestrian properties. The area has become a destination for high-profile residents, including Gisele Bündchen, who purchased a 7.5-acre property in the community in 2023 for $9.1 million.

Regarding the location of the estate, listing agent Tommy Crivello noted that residents remain close to the amenities of South Florida. The $38.9 million price tag represents one of the highest asking prices recorded in the far western region of Broward County.
