Real REMAX Group released its first quarterly earnings report on Nov. 5, 2026, following the merger of The Real Brokerage Inc. and RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. The company reported pro forma revenue of $770 million for the third quarter, representing a 20% increase year over year, alongside a net loss of $67.2 million.
Management highlighted $40 million in annualized cost savings resulting from the integration, which includes $28 million saved by eliminating overlapping expenses. As part of this restructuring, the company has reduced its combined headcount by more than 14%, resulting in the loss of over 150 positions.
While the organization reported a net annual gain in total agents, it has faced recent attrition, with more than 1,000 agents leaving over the past two months. As of the week of the report, the company counted approximately 36,200 agents, a decrease from the 36,610 reported at the end of the third quarter.
The integration has also impacted the Motto Mortgage network. Since late August 2026, 104 of the 151 Motto Mortgage offices have closed, with 92% of that network currently moving toward termination.
CEO Tamir Poleg noted that the company is working to combine two distinct organizational cultures while preparing for a difficult market environment. Management forecasts a challenging 2027, projecting that U.S. existing-home sales will decline by 5% to 10% and home prices will fall by 3% to 4% next year.
