A 17,000-square-foot residential property in the Preston Hollow neighborhood of Dallas, Texas, has entered the market with an asking price of $8,875,000. The estate, located at 5110 Park Lane, is recognized for its unique architectural design modeled after a nautilus shell.

Built in 2003, the residence was designed by architect Michael Murphy. The structure features wedge-shaped rooms that radiate from a central elevator, constructed with copper roofing and Texas-quarried Lueders limestone. The total square footage is divided between a 14,921-square-foot main house and a 2,378-square-foot attached natatorium.

The estate sits on 1.67 acres of land, which includes mature trees and a meandering creek. According to listing materials provided by Faisal Halum and Bill Churchill of Compass RE Texas, LLC, the property is being marketed as an opportunity for a buyer to restore, reimagine, or replace the existing structure.

The property was officially listed on Oct. 5, 2026. The estate remains a notable example of custom residential architecture in the Dallas area.
