Wonder Group, a food-delivery and food-hall company founded by entrepreneur Marc Lore, has confidentially submitted draft registration documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering. The New York-based firm, which has raised more than $3 billion in venture capital, reached a $9 billion valuation during a Series D funding round earlier in 2026.

The confidential filing allows the company to move forward with the SEC review process while keeping its financial details private until closer to a potential market debut. No specific timeline for a public listing has been announced, and the filing does not guarantee that an IPO will ultimately occur.

Wonder operates approximately 170 locations across the United States and maintains ownership of brands including Grubhub, Blue Apron, and Relay. The company has pursued an aggressive expansion strategy, spending at least $1 billion on acquisitions while preparing for future growth, including plans to establish more than 100 locations in Texas by the end of 2027.

As part of its operational strategy, the company is scheduled to launch a program called Wonder Create on Nov. 17, 2026. The initiative is designed to allow entrepreneurs and brands to launch restaurant concepts from existing Wonder facilities for a $10 monthly fee and shared revenue. Lore, who previously founded Diapers.com and Jet.com, has described his vision for the platform as a way to treat restaurants as software, allowing brands to plug into a broader delivery and service network.
